1.1 Welcome to the Juezhao Multi-Market Signal Analyzer ("System" or "We"). This System is developed and operated by Davey Wong, based on the Juezhao Theory to provide multi-market trading signal analysis services.
1.2 Before registering, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term, please stop registering or using the System. By clicking "Agree" or completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon publication. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should stop using the System; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2.1 You must have full legal capacity. If you do not, a guardian must consent on your behalf and assume responsibility.
2.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and update it promptly upon change. You bear all consequences of inaccurate information.
2.3 Your account is for personal use only. You may not lend, transfer, or allow others to use it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We are not liable for losses caused by password leakage or unauthorized access.
2.5 Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized use. We will take reasonable measures but assume no liability for resulting losses.
3.1 The System provides: real-time trading signal analysis across multiple markets (cryptocurrency, forex, precious metals, commodities, indices, US stocks, A-shares), technical indicator calculations, and a scoring engine.
3.2 You must pay applicable fees according to the System's pricing. Paid services are non-refundable once purchased, except for material defects in the service itself.

4.1 All trading signals, technical indicators, and analytical suggestions provided by the System are for educational and research purposes only. They do NOT constitute investment advice, solicitation, or guarantees.
4.2 Trading in cryptocurrencies, forex, CFDs, and similar instruments carries high risk and may result in total loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4.3 You understand and agree: all trading decisions based on System signals are your independent judgment. Any resulting profits or losses are solely your responsibility.
4.4 Due to market conditions, technical failures, network latency, and other factors, the System does not guarantee real-time accuracy, completeness, or availability of signals.
4.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the System.
5.1 All content of the System, including but not limited to software architecture, algorithm models, scoring engine, interface design, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 The Juezhao Theory, Juezhao Scoring System, and related core technologies and names are the intellectual property of Davey Wong. No one may use, copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.
5.3 Query content submitted by users is used solely for service delivery and will not be publicly disclosed or used for other commercial purposes.
6.1 We value your privacy. Information collected is limited to what is necessary to provide and improve the Service, including: registration information (email, username), query history, and usage logs.
6.2 We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except:

7.1 We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service, with reasonable notice to users.

7.3 Upon termination, your account and data will be deleted or anonymized, except as otherwise required by law.
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the System operator's jurisdiction.
9.1 Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
9.2 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
9.3 The System operator reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
